Certainly. If you believe that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, then anything you do knowingly harmful to your body is defiling that temple, and that's a sin.

Smoking could be a sin. It depends on how you interpret the scriptures concerning your Body is a temple.
Some say that if you do not take care of your body then you are defiling God's temple and therefore sinning. This would also mean that not eating right and not exercising or not getting enough sleep is also sinning.

It's only a sin if you blow the smoke on someone. If you just suck the smoke into your lungs, no sin. I understand the apostle Paul smoked, but was always careful not to blow the smoke on people.

Everything could be considered a sin. Smoking, eating, not eating, intoxication, not intoxicating, sex, no sex, talking, being quiet.....it just depends on what you want to believe.
