I think perhaps you are confusing being British with being racist. You can still be British and appreciate other people's ethnicity. What people are rising up against is that Jade and those other three cretins supporting her are being portrayed as examples of British youth, something that I definitely DO NOT want to be associated with.

In these days of global communication, what is done/said/implied in that house is on the other side of the world almost as it leaves their mouths. It is a real shame that the only 3 people on British BB who have any dignity at all are not British at all. Whilst Ian and Cleo are doing their best to avoid confrontation, by not facing the bullying, they are condoning it by their silence which makes them almost as bad as Jade et al.

I think this ought to be retitled 'English Stupidity' an article in the
press recently reporting how much this Jade character is worth. How can a
larg percentage of this population give her the time of day for doing
absolutely Jack !!!! the only thing she is missing is the mask, it's tantamount
to daylight robbery,Wallies indeed for even giving her the chance
of unearned income.

jade, with all her educational qualifications, and the stable family background she left to contribute to the betterment of her fellow brits, her country and , indeed the world, made only cardinal error...she made a verbal comment considered racist.she only voiced what many well heeled; fellow brits ,a few in government ........think. she and many like her,are but the product of a [once upon a time british empire] as for english hypocrisy,in all that has been said and done.[w. b. yeats.]read your history....

Jade is not a pleasant individual from what I see - she is not promoting Britishness, and if you think she is you are incorrect.

So although there is English hypocrisy, it is not over issues or people like Jade.

Jade is not a victim of anything she knows exactly what she is doing.
She is as we saw an uneducated ignoramus and a bully.

Britishness does not equate to racism.
You can be proud of your heritage without putting others' down.

I think Jade is a victim of the cult of celebrity and obviously has started to beleive that she is immune to criticism from the real world.

why dont you take responsibility for yourself instread of speaking on behalf of every english person.
in simple terms ""use the i word"
jade is not a victim of any hipocracy at all ,she is the victim of many different people with obsessions with racism.
Many people are afraid to call someone a name with any cultural.or racial tones, because of the fear of being abused by being called racist.
Jade is fortunate enough to chant names without being racist.
my definition of racist is to try and excert power over another human being because of their race or colour. i think i have given you enough

Some bloody victim! Not too many people have made millions out of the fact that they are unutterably stupid with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

No, she's a victim of her own big mouth and ignorance. If she's your idea of what Britishness should be I feel sorry for you.
