I am looking for 20 years old release-of-lien for my car as ,where can i find that data

Well if the release was never filed with your local DMV, and there is no viable procedure for the waiver of it for re-registration, you are going to have to track down the lienholder of record, or the heirs or assignees, and have a new release executed.

There is another procedure called a 'quiet title' which you may have to use but for that you have to drag in a lawyer - god forbid. Try the DMV first and ask them about alternatives.

I hate to say this but, check with the dmv, they should know or tell u where to find the info.
