What in your opinion is the age where you can have the best sex?

I dunno......I thought my sex was always the best at each age level you suggest.
Seriously, though let me take a shot at this:
1. Teenage - Upside: hormones racing, short "recovery" period for erections. Downside: clumsy, no real experience or knowledge about sex, possible premature ejaculations, possible guilt or doubt about pre-marital sex, possibility of teen pregnancy.
2. 20's - Upside: prime age for men, good virility, learning more about sex and variety in sex. Downside: not sure if there are any.
3. 30's - By now, a person should have a fairly good knowledge about sex, variety, etc. A common age for experimentation (swinging, etc.), not that I'm advocating it. Things are really getting interesting. Maybe a woman is checking out sex toys at this period in her life.
4. 40s and above - At this point, any couple that has been together for a long time should really know how to push each other's sexual buttons. Mutual knowledge really helps improve the quality of sex.
At this age, couples have learned to focus on quality more than quantity. It's not so much about "how many times a week/month" they do it. Sex is very, very satisfying and an important part of their relationship.

I'm in my late 30's so I dont know about 40 and above but all I can say is its been getting better and better as I get older. My teens was mostly just learning, 20's was more experimenting and perfecting. 30's is just awesome.

Any age if you are with the right person.I am talking legal age ofcourse.I have had great sex with my husband from the day we started we are now in our mid 30"s and early 40's. and still have the best of sex.

According to the experts men are supposed to peak sexually in thier 20's and women in thier 30's i would say teens have no idea what they are doing so i doubt the sex is any good. 40's i would think has potential because you have figured a lot out and maybe have perfected all your....moves (so to speak)

I'd say probably your 20's. Teens have no idea what their doing and shouldn't be doing it. And lets face it, when your in your 20's your just out to have fun and are more willing to try new things. And in the 30's you found your groove and usually stick with it.

DEFINITELY 40s and above! At that age, you are no longer sleep deprived...and you have finally understood that the journey is more important than the destination!
