Ask her if she wants to catch a movie and than grab a bite (not of her;)) and start by discussing the movie. You can than ask her some questions about her...have some prepared. Ask her about her interests, school, subjects, people you both know, family...you know the drill. Take it easy.
Don't bring her anything on the first date.

First off, you need to calm down
She already agreed to go out with you, so the hard part is done. Girls like confidence. Don't act all nervous
If you two are just meeting, and you don't know what you're going to do, that's a good sign, because it means that she is pretty much open to doing quite a few things with you. Just make up a list of things that the two of you might enjoy doing together
bowling
movies
dinner
bar (don't know how old you are)
or whatever else you can come up with
try to do something interesting, and first ask her what SHE would like to do
Your main focus should be on having fun.

1st get her some flowers
2nd Take her to Movies or some hangout spot (try makin her laugh coz thats a key to everything thats in case u want her to remember the night)
3rd after the movies take her to some resturant (olive garden,long horn,Stak&shake, some resturant)
4th more laughing ..... :) and than take her home if u try this more offten like go out with her twice or more than ul be ready to tell her u like her and than comes th part u ask her if she would like to be ur girlfriend or whatever
trust me il work !!!

You should suprise her, girls really like them. Maybe take her to dinner, a walk on the beach, a movie? You are the only one who knows her so pick something that she would like :-)
