I knew a Shar Pei once named "Ping Pong".... I thought it was pretty funny. He was a great dog.
I'd look into the names of the Chinese emperors or names from Chinese mythology.... very cool stories with very cool names like Pangu (from the creation myth), Nuwa (who repopulates China after a disasters by making people out of clay) and Quan Yin (the Goddess of mercy and compassion)

My sister had a lovely Chinese Shar Pies. He was just the sweetest puppy. But the person that said they can have the mean temperament is totally correct. Once these animals taste blood they begin to crave it, sad but true. My sister got hers from a very well known breeder and he had to have his lids tacked back cost 1500 dollars. Then he tried to get out of the fence and cut his neck she just assumed a few stitch's and he'd be fine. Well 1000 dollars later he was fine because of all the rolls of flesh involved. These are loving family dogs which in the past were in fact use as protection so please if you must breed them be cautious. However you didn't ask about all that so here are a few names I liked
Mahina or Mei {means beautiful}
Boa {precious treasure}
Lei {thunder}
Liang {kindheartedness}

Great choice of dog. These dogs will protect you and your home to the death. You will not get burgled for sure. I have had two of these square upto my dog (when my dog was a puppy) and they look scary when they go into fight mode. They look great and are awesome family pets. Well done.
Okay so for names: Charlie and Chan.
Best thing to do is buy a chinese meal tonight and ask the guys behind counter.

Please don't tell me you got an male and a female to breed. You have to be very cautious when breeding Shar Pei's because if more losers breed them poorly like you probably will, then they will have the same reputation as the pit bull. POOR TEMPERAMENT!!! Please get them spayed and prevent this.
