It works but it is very bad for you. Try exercising. I heard that works too.

It's not actually a placebo, but it's not far off from it either. I tried it for about two weeks and unfortunately didn't work for me. I have a lot of energy as is already, with or without exercise, but the trick in this stuff is that it is LOADED with caffiene to give you tons of energy to help you increase your activity (which is what a placebo usually is, just sugar pills)... Unfortunately, it was too much for me, and I found myself wanting to take a nap every two hours. My friend, on the opposite, was loaded with tons of energy and ran around more often all and was extremely hyper. So it varies with different people.
If you do get it, get it at GNC (where I got mine). They have a 30 day return policy where if you are not satisfied, even after using half the bottle, bring it back within 30 days for a full refund.

I tried it and every time I worked out my hands and arms went numb and I got dizzy the packaging says when this happens to call your doctor so yea I stopped taking it that's all I know about it don't try it

Its a placebo. It says that "with proper diet and exercise" takeing these pills will help you lose weight. With proper diet and exercise you don't need any pills.
