Both armpits are over a padded hotizontal bar such that both arms and forearms are placed in front of your body. Then you can use a straight or EZ bar for curling

In this position you will have relaxed the long head of the biceps and you are therefore targetting the short head of the biceps and the Brachialis muscles. This is the best isolation exercise to build width in the biceps region.

These two muscles mentioned will also pop up the Biceps as a whole.

Good Luck

It's a bicep exercise where you sit on a bench that has a pad to rest your upper arms on you grab a bar with your arms extended out and downward and pull the weight upwards.

Its the bar that is curved to fit different hand placements. You know a bench bar (straight bar). It is like that but shorter and curved for your hands.
