Stay away from pills!! If you are thinking about taking any sort of pills to gain weight consult your doctor or dietitian before you start using them. I don't believe it will help you gain weight, but it may help you change your eating habits. It could give you high metabolism. You should check what is your daily in take calories and may be stick to a high calorie meals, like high carbs and protein meals and a good supply of vitamins. Again, there are pills but try to consult a dietitian . With a healthy diet and a good exercise program you can gain healthy weight and build up some muscles.

Don't take any pills man. Go to the gym, lift weights, have a protein shake and build muscle. Try to eat more calories. Figure out how many you eat now, and eat 500 more a day. Good Luck!
