I don't think you will notice a loss of distance because even if you played with the M Speed the swing speed for that is 76-97 mph versus the F Speed which is 87-108 it kind of overlaps , so to answer your question no , the only way you would lose distance is if you went with the X Speed which is 104 ++ mph .
Hope that helped.

If by F/speed you are referring to a firm shaft then your swing speed would say you should be using a regular shaft. A firm shaft with your swing speed will most likely result in either a pretty severe slice or a lot of pulled shots and definately lose of distance.

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.

You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

the m speed would work best. i have several friends that play with them. i play with the xspeed hs9 9 degree loft with a double xx shaft in it. and i am a single digit handicap. scratch if u play me for enough. yeah that is called sandbagging. Their is a Cobra player on tour that is a member of my golf club. His dad went to high school with me. His aunt too. lol So cobra is really popular. they will all hit them deep though. the rhombus face is great.

What you need to do is hit several different shafts to see which works best for your swing

probably not if you use a regular (stiffness) shaft in it.
