Slight correction.. "How can I speak English as fluently as native people"
Mix with well speaking english people, read a lot of books. This will help you with correct expressions within the language.
Most non native speaking people are easily detected because of their unique way of putting the verb before the adjective.
as in Interpretation:...Tennis I was playing.. rather than: I was playing Tennis! (Many foreign languages appear back to front to native English speakers)
Listening to radio and news bulletins will also bring you up to par in this manner as well.

By practicing a lot and by being in a natural environment that makes you speak it, anyway if you are older than 13 years old you can get a good accent but you won't sound as a native person! So what you can do is take some courses to decrease your accent and acquire a neutral one!

Emerse yourself. speak only in english, read only in english. It would help if you are in an english speaking part of the world. Also, different areas speak english differently too. There's American English, Australian English, or The Queen's English. Different regions of America can also differ slightly.
Good Luck.

Listen, listen, listen and speak, speak, speak. Do this as much as possible, especially speaking. You will make mistakes at first, but you will understandable, which is what matters. In time, you will become as good as native speakers.

Actually part of my family is from Jamaica, and one thing that helped to get rid of the accent was practicing with the radio and the television on news programs. Try to speak just as they do, and it really does work!
