the key to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat....consider buying 1 or 2 pound dumbbells to lift while you're watching tv. when on the couch or sitting on your bed...you can do what I call sitting crunches....It works better on the bed...but I lay on the bed, then raise my body and hold it off the bed...so my body and legs are in a wide v shape....then I use my abs to do 'v' crunches. Take the stairs...if you have a step stool, do stair steps...the higher it is, the more calories you burn. If you don't wanna buy anything, it sounds dumb, but take that 5 pound bag of sugar and do some lifts with your arms....Try to keep moving during the day to burn as many cals as possible, and cut your calories during the day to help...On normal cases, never drop below 1300 calories per day.

Well for me I use my stairs. I run up and down them it's hard but you get a great work out plus It's good for the cardio. Also for weights I would use can goods while I was running. I hope this helps but it sounds like the the pilates and tae bo are good work out DVD's

weight loss cardio and lots of it just focus on that running walking jogging exercise bikes treadmill etc... watch your calories and drink tons of water and if your not worn out after your cardio through some weight lifting in as well cause after you do your cardio you will burn more calories due to your metabolisim being boosted from your cardio good luck :)
