Last night I had a sandwich and it had one jalapeño in it, I am a complete wimp when it comes to spicy food. I can only eat a zesty pickle that’s how wimpy I am. So last night I had not even a forth of a jalapeño slice, and now this morning I am having cramps and such… could this be a result of that evil jalapeño slice??

Can someone who is not accustomed to hot food feel sooo sick after they eat something like that? Am I normal, has anyone else felt as crampy as I do after eating something really hot?

I have. If your body is really not used to it, you can feel as if you are actually damaged. It does go away, but you gave your system quite a shock with that pepper.

I can't eat hot foods at all, and all my friends laugh about the gringa nina, but I don't care. They can call me a green baby if they want. Just don't let them serve me peppers.
