I always find the cheapest flights on each airline's website (like www.aa.com for American Airlines or www.usairways.com). I usually check sites like expedia.com or orbitz.com and see which airline has the cheapest fares, and then I go to that airline's website and they always have the same fares... Plus, those sites all charge a "booking fee" of $5 or more so it's actally cheaper through the airline. And a lot of airlines guarantee that you will find the cheapest fares on their own websites. Also... many of the "low-fare" airlines like Southwest or JetBlue ONLY advertise their fares on their own websites so it's worth going to those sites as well. Although they're often not the cheapest option... usually I find better deals on American or USAirways.
