UN approval is not required. Especially since the UN has never required any other nation to get 'approval' in the past.
But even more importantly - there is no 'occupation' of Iraq. Iraq has an elected government which can order us to leave at any time.
The people who you call a 'resistance' are opposing the will of the Iraqi people.
Do you really support the people who car-bombed those university students a couple of days ago?

Good question, ty. I can only say this. If any country invaded the USA I would take up arms and defend it with my life. I understand unlike others that Freedom is not free. Democracy must be won and defended by those that are willing to die for it.
Bush and Cheney and his cronies have said the terrorist are getting help from Iran and Syria. Never once did i ever hear any Republicans bring up the issue that the USA hires mercenaries in Iraq. That would be paid killers. Mercenaries are hired by Halliburton, the VP Cheney's old Company.

The U.S. didn't need U.N. approval to invade Iraq, we are a sovereign nation. The first thing we did after we overthrew the Government of Iraq was to set up a government of our choosing and had them invite us in. As long as that government remains in power, we are there legally. It's the same thing Germany did in France during WW2.

When did the US have approval to occupy Iraq? The US, if I can recall correctly, basically said here's our dubious evidence to justify our actions, we're goin in no matter what ya say!
As for your question, I'd say that each and everyone of us could for a moment ask ourselves "What would I do if our country had 'regime change' forced upon US"?

there is not any longer something humble approximately American regulations and behaviors. it relatively is been take and eat. Lie, cheat and thieve and the main international assassinations ever. while the US government desires to kill somebody they could, in any us of a at any time without answering to all and sundry. Ironic how the chinese language have taken over worldwide industry and production. it relatively is purely a remember of time in the previous the US decides there'll be not greater of that.

The US didn't NEED the approval of the UN. NO country needs the approval of the UN to do anything.
Not only that, but the reason the UN chose to sit this one out was because they were in Hussein's pocket. I'm not kidding. Do a search on the "Food for Oil scandal."
AND the US is not "occupying" Iraq for the heck of it. We're there for security, and to supplement the fledgling Iraqi government.
Therefore, no, I don't support ANYONE fighting against it.

Here is the thing....I do support that, however, the resistance you are talking about in Iraq is not The crazies after the US, they are after the other sects of muslims....they are doing this because they do not want demorcacy...they want to be the ones in control.....most of Iraqs people are glad saddam in gone, and support democracy....however its the few who are able to make the loudest noise and thats what we see.....we don't see the millions who showed up to vote for a new gov. we don't see the people lining up at police stations go sign up...all we see is the latest bomb on the news......we get a very one sided view of what is really going on......its not Iraq vs the US anymore....its Iraq vs Iraq with the US and the infant Iraq gov. trying to play referee.....

I am sorry, but when Bush started the war there was Saddam's government in Iraq.
So I cannot understand how the Saddam's government could invite the US military to Iraq? Something definitely is wrong here
