My bf used to smoke pot and he has started back but onnly like once in a while how can i make him quit?

Hi,
Give him an option, he can have his choice of either smoking pot, or having you in his life, but he cannot have both.
It is not good for you to be with him, as when out, if he is ever stopped by the police and they find drug tricks on him, and you are with him, guess who is going to be his companion in jail?
There is a saying there are only three choices in the life of a user:
1. They quit using.
2. They wind up in jail.
3. They wind up dead.
Most of your hard core druggies started out on pot . . . . .

You can't make him quit.
You can ask him. It's up to him whether he wants to or not.
Can you put up with him smoking if he chooses not to quit.

you can't make anyone quit but you can try and persuade him by telling him no sex if he smokes, tell him he can either lick you or the rolling paper but not both

you cant. he is gonna do what he wants. if you give him ultamatums then he will just hide it from you. you let him decide to quit. like if you show him your dont care for it to much than maybe he will see your disapointment and quit on his own, but if you say well i dont want you to do it then he will just hide it from you.

well its not that bad.my husband does it all the time and I like him better when he does it because we dont fight as much and he is sweet when he does it.It just clams him down.But I dont know if you can make him stop.Sorry.
