I dont wanna exercise or gain muscle because ill be going back to karate once i put on 12 more pounds...what HEALTHY foods can i eat to gain weight???

im 103 pounds, 5'8 and 17 years old...

eat breakfast every morning, also not the same every day, for example one morning eat 2 eggs with bread and some juice.
next morning cheese and butter and bread and tea for example. another morning jam and so on...... .just try to eat bread every day and around 1 liter milk would be great.

'fix' your sleep time. sleep 7-8 hours every night(from 11pm till 6-7 am for example). eat breakfast at 7 o'clock, lunch at 1-2 o'clock and dinner at 8 o'clock.(eat lots of fruits and other normal stuff between lunch and dinner, also 2 hours after dinner eat some salad and fruits)

gain weight? don't walk or run much. just do your normal stuff, but not extra walking.

for lunch try to eat something healthy like chicken and meat and fish.
for dinner eat mostly vegetables and salad and some meat.

Consider eating a high carb diet. You sound active, so this will help. I know you said you don't wanna exercise, but it might be good for you to do...to help. Carbs are generally healthy, your breads, grains, pastas.....And they will give you energy....Talk to a dietician, a question like this should be able to be answered via a phone call, for free. Do you workout and exercise alot right now ? anything high in calories will help you gain weight but try and keep it clean cause we all know mcdonalds and any junk food crap will help you put on pounds but does nothing positive for anyone in the long run with all the fat and cholestoral and god knows what else is in it cheers and good luck
