It's kind of like the "big prize" at the carnival. Everybody knows you can't win it but you can try.

It is possible to be righteous-- righteous is being right with God. Perfect motive...not necessarily perfection. And you can live without sin in Christ. Before Christ it was Judiasm. Only God can know about their fate.

That is why Jesus said No one comes to the Father but by me.
John 14:6
We can attain this righteousness only by accepting His sacrifice for our sins. We put on this "robe of righteousness" as mentioned in Isaiah.
Isaiah 61:10
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh [himself] with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth [herself] with her jewels.
We appear righteous unto the Father through His Son Jesus Christ.

The bible is filled with claims and they can be brought about.
This is the best example we have today that is happening, in the bible God gave the Israelites a nation, that's happening today with the support of the Christians that also believe this. Now what would happen to that claim if the Christians withdrew their support of that claim

God never made any promise. God never wrote any word down. And God didn´t publish the Bible or any other religious book. you seem to be slightly confused.

Because He has provided that righteousness for us. It is not attainable by mere human effort but is freely given to us in Christ.
