British troops out now! Let the Iraqis and the Afghans have the right to self-determination. We may not like the form of government they eventually choose but isn't the right of self-determination of nations basic to democracy?

easily, there's a tentative date of 2010. although, that is provided that Iraq turns into solid. i became in Iraq for one 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, from March 2004 to March 2005. The few Iraqi's I talked to did not like the U. S. troops being there, yet suggested it as had to maintain some resemblance of order. For the most section, the Iraqi's did not hate human beings. lots of the insurgents we had confrontations with were from different international places, which incorporates Lebanon and Syria. There are some Iraqi's that are in touch on the insurgency, yet no longer in numbers that we are listening to about the following interior america of a. i became adverse to the initial invasion, yet i imagine that now that we are there, shall we help the Iraqi's get stability, both militarily and locally.

No bad idea the British government under duress have decided to spend more money on the neglected military. If we pull out they would get out of it, can't wait to see what they come up with maybe some refurbished Sherman tanks with a desert paint job or some Russian T-72 sprayed up with British markings capured in Gulf 1, maybe they'll bring back the 432...

I suppose if we ever get involved in a ground war against terrorists on our own soil, we will have to rely on people like you?
If we were all as cowardly as you, Bin Laden could just walk into 10 Downing Street and take over right now.

I'd like them to come and not having to go back or to Afghanistan. Mainly because my husband is there. Obviously they don't want anyone trying to help them. let them do what they want in their own country.this doesn't even seem to be about terrorism anymore.

You're right. Isolationism works. Ask all the World War 2 vets.

On what grounds. You're just being emotional.
Focus on the number of people killed on the roads in UK and USA in the same time period and it will put it into perspective.
