but she went back to the same guy for sex. This does not sound like rape. I think she was not ready at the time. Any opinions?

well you say that your "GIRLFRIEND" was raped and then went back for more? If you was me I think that it's wrong that she went to have sex with him when ya'll are still dating so there for you really shouldn't be with her. As far as her saying that she was raped, she probilly had some sort of a guilty conscience so she only told you what bit of truth you could handle she new if she told you that she just straight up cheated on you then you'd be very upset.....but the way she's looking at it is that she got "raped" so you can't get but so upset. I don't know your girlfriend so there-for I can't judge her, but it really sounds like she's bullshitting and you shouldn't put up with it .

Does your gf even know the meaning of rape? Something's not adding up. She has got to be lying. Did SHE say she was not ready at the time? If she viewed it as rape, then why not report the guy? Why have sex with him again?

Well Rape is defined as Rape is a crime wherein the victim is forced into sexual activity against his or her will, in particular sexual penetration. It is considered by most societies to be among the most severe crimes.
So, I'm not quite sure by all states and local laws but legally it seems possible, the girl is just stupid. No offense.
