Honey, I used to be like you.Then I grew up, got gorgeous, realized that some asshole who is "more popular" wasn't worth it, and ended up more successful and happy than they did later on in life. The world is one big meat market. You have plenty of time. Don't waste it on some idiot who isn't deserving of you in the first place.

HEre's a clue flirt with him. Dress up cute and show your stuff. He might later even like you. I tried this with a guy in college. He was so cute, but I didn't know I existed, so I started to drees up cute, and flirting and talking to him and on a school dance he asked me out!

Do you mean not care like he walks away mid your sentence? Or do you mean that he doesn't care as in he doesn't care about your social status or that you are 1 year yonger (I'm 5yrs younger then my boyfriend. 1 year isn't so bad.)
If he cuts you off mid senctence to walk away, the forget him. He isn't worth your love.
If he doesn't care about your age or social status, then ask him to go for cake/pie/icecream/coffee with you. Something fun and social that isn't as serious as dinner or lunch. If he says no then he's not worth your heart.

Every time you see him,go out your-way to make sure that you get to say Hi to him. And try to start a conversation, when he's by him-self, about anything you can think of.

i have the same problem but i just gave it a chance and wrote him and ask him if he likes me and he told me yea or no but i say give it a chance u never know till u try!!!!!!

honey if you put it like that it,s maybe best you don,t waist your time.sometimes it,s hard going after those type of guys.and even if he gave you a chance-there,s always his dumb friends who will say/add something negative about you,think about it sweetie.

well sorry sweetie but i dont think he like you casue if he dosent pay any attention i guess he dosent and if hes popular i guess hes not shy........just think wat do you realy like about this guy casue if u dont talk how do you know his real personality .....and if ur like my weird sister admiring from a distance and just going for looks thats not apart of a guy its his inside wat u should care about not the way he looks
