you can start by using scissors to trim it up. then soak in a warm bath to moisturize the hairs and soften them up..then use plenty of shaving cream and a sharp new razor and shave first with the direction of the hair then against. be very careful as the skin down there is very thin and can be cut easily ! it may itch a few days later until you get used to shaving..but this will go away after a few times..i have found that most women really like a clean shaven man...and you are likely to get more oral action with a smooth member..good luck !

Ok, some like it and some don't. If you're already sleeping with someone ask him/her. Things we found when my husband did this:
Cut most of the hair with small scissors - careful! Then use a depilatory, like Nair, to remove the hair (follow the directions). This is painless and not nearly as scary as having sharp blades down there or waxing which hurts.
It does look kind of cool - if a bit porn-starry and it sort of makes the penis seem longer.
But if you decide not to maintain it know this: when hair starts growing back, you have stubble that a girl does not like banging against her youknowwhat. Also, there is the locker room factor, if you go to places where guys undress and/or shower together be prepared for looks and perhaps teasing by your friends.
So, pros and cons, but defnitely discuss with your partner if you have a steady one.

Some BOYS do this, but MEN are confident enough in their manliness to keep the hair. If you are over 14, let it grow and rejoice in your adulthood. The only time it's beneficial is when you're embarrassed because you're the first in your class to go through puberty.

Yes, it itches. Furthermore, it generally stinks, as without hair air can't circulate well and evaporate sweat, and man sweat smells a lot worse than boy sweat.

Go ahead as long as you can live with the stubble when you get tired of it, as you certainly will. The friction of clothing is practically unbearable.

But have fun, you're only young once.

Try using barber clippers (I think that's what they're called), If you don't want stubble but want to look neat. That's what my man uses, and it looks fine to me. That's just my opinion, though.
