Do you think that Airborne works? I have been taking it for a couple of days and THINK I feel better, but has anyone felt better faster from it or is it just hype?

YES, i use it all the time.. any time that i feel like i might be getting sick, from sneezing or having a runny nose i take it and within 30 min i feel better.. if i dont feel better then within a few hours i take some more. when im really feeling sick i try to take it at least 3 times a day. its not medicine, just an immune system booster. It works great for me.. i get sick easily and last year i took it when i had cold systems and didnt get sick. You gotta take it when you have the first signs of a cold/flu.. any later then that then airbourne cant help you much if your already sick.

Actually, Airborne is to keep you from getting colds in the first place. I took it on the plane trip to and from my Vegas vaca this winter. Everyone else got sick, but me. I lasted another 3 weeks after the vacation, with everyone around me getting colds, before I fell to one... cuz I wasn't taking the Airborne!! I'd vouche for it!

It just has a lot of vitamins in it.
I drink a lot of water daily, and if I feel a cold coming on I will take Echenicea and Green Tea supplements.
Vitamin C and zinc are good for colds and flu.
You can also use cod liver supplements, which has omega 3, very good for you.

It works and since you have seen that these things work why not consider starting a good antioxidant supplement along with your daily multivitamin so you don't get sick so often in the first place.
