why can i sleep at nite, every nite at 12 am i try to sleep, it takes me at least 3 hours to get to sleep , i don know why.. can u help me with this, peole have told me to stop thinking and stuf , but i cannot clear my mind, i neva stop thinking, this guy in my life(i am in love with him he says he in love with me)has not texted me in ages , so i dont know maybe its coz of love,, help me i dont know what is wrong with me?y cant i sleep? how can i sleep?

try to cut down on the caffine.
also do you eat before bed? eating before you sleep causes the muscles in the stomach to work activly to digest the food. this can cause you to become unsettled. try not to eat after 6pm.
eating before bedtime can also result in unsettled dreams as in order for the stomach to digest food it must first recieve signals from the brain to do so. this hightened brain activity can cause bad dreams and also stop you from sleeping as u naturally think more when ur mind is active

You have your mind on too many things to be able to sleep. try soaking in a warm bubble bath, maybe watch some TV till you fall asleep. If he isnt communicating with you for long periods of time u need to talk to him somehow or just move on. It's affecting your health.

Maybe you should try to call him instead of waiting for him to call you? Then you would know what's going on.

insomnia? well drinking a glass of hot milk might help. exercising during the day could help too. do some deep slow breathing, as you breathe out, exhale yr problems and thoughts. relax yr mind, relax yr body, make yourself really comfortable and snooze in to yr dreamland....

I GO THROUGH THE SAME THING I ALWAYS HAVE SO MUCH ON MY MIND EVERYONE SAYS MY MIND RUNS A MILE A MINUTE YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR FOR SLEEPING PILLS OR JUST LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE YOU LYING IN BED GOOD LUCK.

i've been there and this is what i've done. i've called him up and asked what's going on and if he really don't want to talk to me much then i just let it go it ain't worth messing your self up with. there is a lot of guys out there. or maybe he just don't have anything to say right now. he would come around. mine did after he told me what was really going on

do something that will clear your head before you go to bed not watch tv or listen to music but clean read a book or draw pictures or even yoga then you will be more relaxed when you go to bed

Try "Sleepy Time" from the makers of Tylenol. It's like Tylenol PM without the Tylenol in it. They work great & you can get them at Walgreens.

Try taking a tylenol PM to help you sleep, Its non addictive and will help ease your mind.

try not having caffein after 2pm. thats what my dr told me when i was having sleeping problems.
