Since many people who are asking questions and responding to questions on this forum do not believe in God, I would like to know your comments on the above quote. I have paraphrased from "The Unusual Suspect" by Stephen Baldwin.

Well Satan & God may have told some humans that, however I leared that when I was a kid being forced to attebd church and I was taught many things ture or not. At that time I also had to atteb school and was taught many things true or not. So its all what we are taught, as you cab see the majority of people never go to prision so most of us listen, so if we taught our offspring that fishing for a living was bad and eating catfish fried would kill you after eating 5 or more time, that's what they would believe.

The greatest lie ever told was that your going to hell if you don't accept Jesus as God. The name Jesus is not even a real name so why would I pray to that name? If God is omnipresent, and Satan exists, then Satan exists in God as much as Jesus does, right? This is all ridiculous.

That's very glib, but in and of itself it does not prove that Satan exists. And when you get your head out of the Bible and study the world, you learn that the Jews did not always believe in a Supreme Being of Evil, they picked up the idea from the Persians during the Babylonian Exile. Since it is of pagan origin, it should nto be considered valid. And Satan, in Job, is NOT "the Devil". The Devil was banned from Heaven, but Satan can come and go on a mission from God. It's clear that people's understanding of these things has been infected by false interpretations.

Not true. Why is this world in such trouble? Because of Satan's lie to Eve that she would not die if she disobeyed Jehovah's command about not eating from the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. Because of Adam and Eve's sin, disaster resulted. Ro. 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one mansin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they all sinned." All this because of Satan's first lie.

That is very true. Many people have been fooled into thinking that Satan is an Old Testament charactrer and they just ignore his modern deceptions like evolution. It is Satan that is behind that big lie. He is the "Father of Lies."

The greatest lie that Satan ever told was back in the garden and he said"Thou shalt not surely die" . That is the lie, that you can do what God has said not to and not suffer for it.

Well I dont get the arugement. If Satan told us he didnt exist wouldnt we then think god did? And if Satan even talked to me it would be kind of weird...a honor a guess though because I would be the only human to ever talk to satan...or god....go me!

"The greatest lie man ever told the human race was convincing them that God exists."

BTW, god told them they'd die *that day*. Satan told them the truth. Many gloss over that with the obligatory reasoning "misinterpretation," "mysterious ways," etc.

Meaningless.
Interchange Satan with Santa.
Are you now convinced of Santa's existence?
