If you know that you are having company come over, and you don't want them to get into your fridge, make sure you have a bucket, with ice, that you can put the beer in, maybe on the counter. Make sure you have all snacks easily accessible, and anything that must be kept cold, put in a bowl, and sit that bowl on top of another bowl filled with ice.
If you make everything easy to see, then people won't be digging through your stuff!

Definitely! You can get a dorm sized fridge pretty cheap. I saved mine from college and we still use it as a beer fridge, and that way there's more room in the kitchen fridge for actual food items.

I think I paid about $150 or less for it from Sears back in 1991 for my dorm room, and it still keeps beer so nice and icy cold even after 16 years!

We keep ours in the laundry room.

You actually need TWO seperate fridges (dorm size).

Here's why:

1st mini-fridge: for the guests to put their beer that they bring into, or whatever else (alcoholic) they bring (jello shots)

2nd mini-fridge: for the bedroom, so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night for that alcoholic craving (keep good snacks there as well).

Yes, but even better is an old slide type pop machine.

Each delicious can or bottle is surrounded by frigid metal...resulting in a truly superior level of cold frosty beverage...and you can always leave the coin mechanism functional and solve the hoggish plundering of your supply problem at the same time.

Absoulutely. Build a compartment in your wall and install a mini-fridge in there. In fact, disguise the door to a room in your house, and put a secret bar in there. The door can be a bookcase.

You can buy a lot of beer with the money it will cost you to buy a fridge. Don't be stingy with the beer or don't invite people over.

Company should never help them selves. You go to the fridge and give them the **** beer.

I don't think I would want to visit your house, if you are hiding beer. What's next, charging people to use the can? If they are your friends, you should be a good host(ess) and give them a beer.

Absolutely, I have an extra one in my garage that has nothing but beer in it. Party down!

I hide my brewskis in an old To Fu box and the guests never think to look there.
