This is a very difficult question to answer.

The highway between Brussels and Antwerpen E19 is one of the busiest during the rush hours of the weekdays.

Although when there is traffice it should be possible to drive in 30-45 minutes from city center to city center, during a rush hour it can easily exceed 2 hours.

Driving is a nightmare it always seems to be rush hour! I would take a thirty minute train ride. much easier!
