Baked Macaroni and Cheese
24 ounces macaroni
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
16 ounces Velveeta cheese (sometimes I use even more)
1 pinch white pepper or black pepper
1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
Melt butter in a large pan.
Whisk flour into melted butter to create a light roux (paste).
Slowly whisk milk into the roux, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Allow milk and roux to heat for about one minute, then begin adding the Velveeta.
Continue to gently whisk the mixture until all Velveeta has melted, then add a pinch of white or black pepper.
After macaroni has cooked, drain the water from the pot and mix in the cheese sauce.
Once the macaroni and sauce are mixed together, tranfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle 1 or 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheddar cheese is throughly melted.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

YES! Boil your macaroni and drain in a strainer.
In a small sauce pan melt 3 tablespoons of butter/margarine until bubbly, whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour until thickened.
Add in a can of carnation milk and a little milk, whisk and let it come to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and add in a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, a dash of salt & pepper, and some cubed Velveeta. Return to low heat and let the cheese melt and once it is smooth, put your macaroni in a casserole baking dish and pour the hot cheese sauce over the macaroni. Stir the noodles and sauce until all the macaroni is fully covered.
Bake the macaroni in the oven for 30 minutes until it is browned the way you like it. Enjoy.

Yes. Can. There are a lots of various type of macaroni. Buy the brand, colour, size, shape of macaroni you want and like. I like the seashells type. You have to boil your macaroni first. Then you see your macaroni is soft and boiled you lift them out slowly with sift. Then cover the macaroni to prevent from flies or cold. You then go and prepare your ingrdient for the macaroni. A little bit of the pepper if not too spicy and hot it will become of wasteful of the food. Because too hot you can't even eat. Black pepper, green pepper, white pepper, small chili(7-8 cutted), chili sauce 1-2 drops, ketchup sauce(1-2 drops), tomato(less than10), green, red, yellow lantern vegetables. Bake in oven and set timing on it then until it is completely cooked. And you will have a delicious and bake macaroni.

I use Paula Deen's and it's always a hit:

FYI: evaporated milk works best with this recipe. It makes it super creamy and rich!
