Are there any paintings you've seen from long ago in which you thought, "Damn, I wish he/she was still around?"

In real life Napoleon was only 5'2" tall and was partially deformed. He also had a small non-functioning, non-reproductive penis and for this reason never left heirs to claim the throne.

He was a known egomaniac, perhas brought on by a compulsive overcompensation for being short and being shorter.

As far as he being 'hot' looking, I guess he was if you like your men in a 'man-boy', hairless Mic Jagger, womanish sort of way.

heheheh, well, maybe mildly attractive. I don't know about totally hot. And remember, he was probably, um, given a little "help" by the painters. There's a painting of him riding over the mountain range on a rearing white stallion... when in actuality history says that he probably rode over the mountains on a donkey. ^_~

But hey, he was French, and I love listening to the French language, so yeah, I probably would have blushed nicely in his presence. ^_^
