a can of cream of mushroom soup will save any dinner. all you do is season and brown your meat a little and put it in a casserole dish with a lid and pour a can of mushroom soup over it with a little water, some veggies, and bake it in the oven until it's done. Easiest and tastiest meal you'll ever eat. I keep at least 10 cans on hand.

My favorite recipie is 2 boneless chicken brest per person. I use 4 1 cup of bulls eye BBQ sauce (you can get it at walmart) 1/4 cup of worchestershire sauce 1/4 cup of veg oil 1/4 tsp garlic powder a pinch of parsley *MIX ALL TOGETHER* you won't beable to mix into a complete paste due to the oil but try yourbest. Let the chicken marinate for about an hour or longer if you like Pre heat overn to 350 and bake for 45 mins in a glass dish. Don't forget to butter or PAM the dish. (I have done this lol.) When there is about 15 mins left I throw on some shredded cheese. It goes best with mashed potatoes and green beans. Hope all goes well for you. This is a easy recipie, it was the first meal I ever cooked on my own.

Hey -- I don't have any quick and easy recipes off the top of my head, so I thought I would share with you my secret when I'm trying to cook in a hurry: I bought a 4-ingredient cookbook using brand name foods...and it's great! When I'm planning meals and the grocery list for the week, I pull menu ideas from that book for the nights I work.

I hope you get some great ideas!

Taco Burgers _ Ground beef-cook, add taco seasoning. Put on bun w/ cheese. Eat w/ chips! Delicious.

If you have chicken breasts (which I know you said you don't have~but this is so fast and easy) put in baking dish, pour Italian dressing on top, cook until done. It's really good.

Spaghetti is always fast and easy.

Pork chops (boneless are the best for this) ~ mix cream of mushroom and cream of onion together w/ a little milk. sprinkle salt and pepper and garlic salt on pork chops (not too much, they'll be too salty) pour 1/2 of soup mix in bottom of baking dish, lay pork chops side by side, pour rest of soup on top. Bake about 30 minutes or until done (depends on oven) They are so good and tender, you can cut w/ a fork.

I have triplets and always need to have food that is FAST!

What we do when we are in a bind is:

take some meat out of the freezer in the morning
quickly cut it up into chunks in the evening
cook some Rice-a-roni
cook up the meat (and maybe some broccoli or other veggies)
throw it all together.

It's really fast and quite good.

Try Rice-a-Roni. There are add ins on the box. I usually add in cubed chicken or sausage.

Fresh salad or steamed veggies.
