why cant i sleep at nite, evry nite i go to bed at 12:00a.m , i lay in bed trying to sleep , but i dont get to sleep until at least three hours of trying to get to sleep, wat is rong with me, there is a guy in my life i am constanty thinking about he hasnt texted me in ages , could i be worried about him or someting!!! i havr no idea!! wat can i do? y arent i sleeping???????

Are you exercising regularly? Whenever I have a sleepless night, its usually because I didn't exercise that day. And why are you waiting for him to text you? Text him today and put your mind at rest.

a common problem really...you think to much...you over analyze even the simplest of things...your not letting your brain settle down and relax...you keep it going all day and night by saying 'what if' There is nothing wrong with you dear its normal. Exercise is a great way to cleanse this, you get all your thinking done when you exercise and when you get home your mind is cleared and nothing will keep you awake.

Also don't dwell on things you can't control....you can't make someone love you or text you or like you...you can't control the weather but you can control one aspect and that is ....Yourself..concentrate on that one thing and you will be fine...also read a book or something right before bed and that seems to help too along with the exercise

Try going to bed earlier, and take a good 20min bath before you do. The bath will help to make you sleepy, and once you go to bed (right after your bath) you will find it easier to fall asleep.

You can't sleep because you don't let yourself relax. You need to relax and quiet your mind in order to sleep well.

Concentrate on breathing. Breath deeply, breath 'into your toes' breath at your own speed, not to slow and not too fast - what ever is normal for you.

The bath and then the breathing will help.

No guy is worth risking your health over. Take a hot bath, relaxe and try some OC mediciation if need to sleep. It's a horrible thing when you can't rest at night. May need to seek professional help for anxiety.

chances are the reason you are not sleeping are the reasons you say.. try doing breath exercises when you're in bed, if that don't work, try counting forward or backwards to 100. don't knock it until you have tried it, it actually works. talk to you're doctor maybe he can suggest something if nothing else works, Good luck!!!

go to bed earlier if it takes that long to get to sleep and talk to ur doctor. u might be worreid bout the guy to. DO YOU KNOW GOD?? try it. it works

I start at 100 and count backwards in my mind.. You'd be surprised how quickly you fall asleep... It really clears your mind, picture the number as you are counting back..
