Does anybody have a crochet pattern for a puppy sweater? My puppy is only 1 pound so it has to be a small one. Thanks!

petedge.com has cheap clothing. For a one lb dog I suggest to go to walmart and get the sweaters that they make for dolls and bears. They may fit best. You also may try E-Bay I have had clothing custom made (OSU) from some of the vendors there.

My dog is a 10pd Manchester Toy Terrier and we have cold winters here in New York State. His little body can't handle the cold, so I bought him a sweater at Wal-mart for $5. I'm not sure if they make them THAT small, and since he's still growing, I'd just use a nice fluffy sock.

okay I have the same problem you do . I have a 3 lb chihuahua and he wears a XS which is around a size 6 . I bought it at Wal-Mart and then I bought him a t-shirt at a pet store and paid 10.00 for it. Paid 5.00 for the sweater at wal-mart you just have to look around or find someone who does custom dog clothes . I hope I helped.

a tremendous type of folk see "ought to I gown up my dogs?" and picture you mean some thing like a novelty yuletide sweater!! In chilly climates, obviously it truly is okay to placed a coat on your dogs! in case you will see your dogs shivering and obviously uncomfortable, theres no reason now to not get them an common dogs coat. like the water resistant over-the-back coats with fleece interior. they are better than adequate. like those racing greyhounds placed on after a race. to those who say "they have fur" - we've hair on our head to save the nice and cozy temperature in - yet I guess you nonetheless placed on a hat even as it truly is chilly!!!

I don't have sweaters, but I have gotten my dog an officially licensed dog jersey. I purchased it at http://www.mvpdogs.com
