Whatever u do, don't do that cheesy, corny stuff they do on Laguna Beach. Dressing up as a fish, jumping out of a lake, and holding a big sign saying "Will You Go To Prom With Me" will not really be romantic to her. Just take her out a nice, kinda EXPENSIVE date, and spring it on her during dessert. Maybe get a little slice of cake and under the plate, stick a piece of paper under it saying "Let's Go To Prom" or something sweet like that. You really don't have to over do it!!

How sweet, we need more romantics like you. Send her some flowers, and on the card ask her if you may have the honor of escorting the most beautiful woman on earth to the prom. She will melt, and also keep that card for eternity.
Another idea is.....and this one used on my daughter as well....go rent a tux, and purchase her favorite perfume....where the tux over to her home, and just say that you wanted to stop in to get her opinion on if it looks good enough to wear to a prom, she will say you look awesome, then pull out the bottle of perfume and say, well I was wondering if you would like to wear this, as I know you will look beautiful, and smell beautiful as well, and I am hoping that you will accompany me.

When I was in high school, my bf had my locker comb, and he put red roses in my locker with a huge paper heart taped inside that read, "Be my prom date" and i sitll hvae the heart, this was years ago, but its def. a cute romantic way to do it...dont listen to ppl when they say ohh shes already ur gf, she knows shes going with you....doesnt matter, girls like and want and NEED romance and suprises...so keep your relatonship fresh and romantic at all times.... trust me, the locker thing is a cute idea, i still hvae the heart and now we are married, so we look back on that day, as a day we will never forget...

Go out on a date, and make sure that at some point on the date the two of you get to slow dance together
Then whisper in her ear how good having her body that close to yours makes you feel, and how you'd like to be able to do it more often.
Ask her if she agrees - when she says yes (which she SHOULD) then you tell her
"Good, I'm glad that you want to go to the prom with me."

You should do a scavenger hunt w/ her. Leave little clues for her. When she gets to the last clue, you should be standing there. Not only standing there, but also holding a dozen of roses and balloons. You should then ask her if she would be your date to the prom. Good Luck!

buy some candles and some rose pettals......while she isnt home in her front yard sprell prom with a ? and put rose petals around it...well to bring this out u might want to put a white sheet under the candals and stuff...this is really romantic then hide for when she gets there and sees it u can come out and see her and get ur answer!

ring the door bell, if someone else anwers ask for her but request they not say who it is. place the flowers at the doorstep, when she picks it up and reads the card kneel on one knee hold out your hand and take hers in yours, then repeat the question....and go from there
or maybe give her some nice jewelery and say "it should be a start to your beutiful outfit"
she says "what outfit?"
you say "the one that will make your eyes sparkle and your beauty shine brighter than the stars, when you ascort me to the prom"
[her name] will you be my dat to the prom"?

Get a lemo. first pick her up have some flowers in your hand that she likes and take her to the prom later take her to a NICE restuant that she likes and later you take her to your house and watch a movie just the two and talk she will love that.
