Ole school R&B, because some of the main theme of it was about love. Try not to be cliche by playing Marvin Gaye, try some of Earth Wind and Fire, "Love's Holiday" Or Luther Vandross "If this world were mine" Here's a few others

I always enjoyed Beethoven's 9th symphony. It takes an hour and has several peaks and valleys. The fourth movement ends with a large chorus and an abrupt end...

whatever makes you feel good. but find some with some soul in it. if you know what i mean. otis reading jerry butler . something that makes you feel it. something you both feel comfortable with. i usually play good soul music that has meaning in it. that tells a women how you feel.
