I'm going to have to agree with Janice. I'm dating a man in his 40's, and I'm in my 20's. He pays for dates and things like that but he's by no means my "sugar daddy" and I would never even think of bringing up money when talking about why I want to be with him. I'm in love with this man and I don't think anything is wrong with him being older than me and I don't think it makes any difference how old this guy is if you two are truly in love. However, ask yourself (and be honest when you think about it)... if he didn't do things for you or give you money, would you still be with him? If the answer is no, I'd strongly urge you to reconsider your reasons for staying with him.
And hey... if you really do love him, not just for the stuff he gives you... then you're blessed to have found somebody so wonderful for you. Of course people are going to say it's a bad idea. My family says things like that all the time and it's totally understandable why they think that. But if you know he's the one, then he's the one and there are no two ways about it.

it's creepy how many times you bring up money issues in your description of "love". girl, he's just your sugar daddy. i'm dating a man twice my age and i won't even let him give me birthday money to avoid being associated with the likes of you.

No, it is NOT wrong, but it is not prudent. Thre is a age difference of several generations. Sooner, or later, the two of you will run out of things to talk about, and do together, and this will tend to split you up.

You're right, it doesnt matter what anyone else says/thinks.
But in your shoes I wouldnt take it any further. You're too immature to be considering anything serious. You have MUCH living to do, and should experience what independence truly is.
