The debate is over. It's time to give it up. Bush and the oil companies have come around to agreeing that it's time to start reducing CO2 emissions. (http://wcco.com/local/local_story_024232003.html , http://www.allamericanpatriots.com/m-news+article+storyid-18097.html )
All that's left now is whether we have the political will to do what needs to be done and whether a democratic congress will allow Bush to get the credit for making sweeping reforms.

Certainly the global warming is real. you can see where some time before something has not grown now the same is happen. take a example mango tree which required some high temperature and apple tree need low temperature compare to mango tree. So now the several places where some time before a heavy production was of apple converted into mango. which clearly indicate the increasing of warming. The regular increasing level of see is also the second witness of global warming. I am talking about India where in some villages the mosquito can not survive due to the low temperature but now there are so many mosquito which shows that the temperature of the earth is increasing regularly. Have a good day & best of luck.

By all means watch Gores Liberal propaganda masterpiece “An Inconvenient Truth” (he must have reincarnated Goebbels to produce that one) then log on to
Read it ALL, it should take several weeks (something wrong with that?) you will then have the real story. After you know that, and the fact that man can in no way, by any immediate or long term action reverse current climate change trends, you may be able to answer any questions people might have about Gores version of "Global Warming" and his solutions, which would plunge the world into economic chaos, starvation, and civil unrest..... the stuff socialist liberals thrive on. Now, here are the rules, no matter how (liberally) you spread peanut butter and jelly on it… anything that burns creates Co2, including forests, lava flows, volcanic pyroclastics, city dumps, apartment houses, wheat fields… and fossil fuels. Adding to that information the incontrovertible fact that this planets basic ecology is in a constant state of o2/Co2 exchange which creates a daily addition of Co2 to the atmosphere based totally on natural plant photosynthesis and natural decomposition of organic vegetation…. I (eye) defy ANY reasonable (and rational) man of science to show a viable discrimination between these naturally occurring Co2 increases to indicate man is any way MORE to blame than the many facets of mother nature. While looking out the window (do it NOW, today) at the freezing rain build up on your Mustang Fastback... ask again, how does heat cause ice ???

Global warming definitely exists; there is no question about that. The big debate is whether or not humans directly and profoundly affect global warming.
Humans likely have little affect on global warming, when the entire history of the planet is concerned. Of course, this doesn't give us the proverbial green light to pollute at will. Regardless of our impact on the environment, we should always strive to preserve it.
Proponents of man-made global warming like to pick and choose their data so that they can create catastrophic scenarios. Many people, such as Al Gore, like to use this erroneous information for political and financial gain. When evaluating climate data, you have to be very careful to understand what data they have selected and why that data was selected. Using suspect data and clever statistical processing, one can predict anything - including global warming resulting from moms driving kids to soccer practice, or an impending ice age because of overharvesting of bananas.

It's in the news... Look what is happening to California (effects Cali. and everyone economically). Canada Ontario, where I live we just began having snow... everything was green and flower were starting to grow in the middle of January. The tree need to be dormant in winter times for us or it can create many problems. Our animals, contamination of our food sources, drinking supplies and as well illnesses like Malaria can spread in places that never were affected before. The more global warming, the more severe, the more earth, life becomes destroyed.
There were some articles in newspaper describing exactly what impact it can do.
Here in Canada, Ontario, some people were happy that there was no snow until now. People were in shorts, rollerblading, biking, swimming, etc... in the middle of winter (Jan) just like it would be summer when it's supposed to be minus 30-40's with cold winds, snow, ice, rain... and many were worried about what can happen.
Polution, smug and etc... plays a part in the global warming.
Many sites, newspaper can help for information and hoping what I have provided will help with your science class.

Actually I think global warming is a real threat, and we are slowly killing this planet. In Canada the weather always has UVB ratings now, which means how fast you can burn, even in the winter months. If you do anything outdoors in the spring and summer months, its essential that you protect yourself from the sun's harmful rays. Its a direct result of a weakness in the ozone layer.
I believe that it should be a priority for any goverment(even the ones who didnt sign) to heed the Kyoto Protocol. The argument that it will hurt economically just is a poor excuse to either not sign or not honour the agreement , as our present Canadian govt is doing now. A good thing to do is google or search for Canadian sceintist David Suzuki's web site. He can explain much better than I can the dangers of not implementing the Kyoto accord. The webstie I would recommend is this one: www.davidsuzuki.org

global warming is not caused by CO2 it only contributes to it yes global warming is real because the core and the mantle of the earth are heating co2 from cars and things are only irritants to the problem we cant stop because we cant control the interior of the earth there is no way for global warming not to exist the real thing people dont know about it is that it isnt caused by our use of co2 but by natural occurrence

The main fact that makes me doubt that global warming is true is simple go measure it ,it will be far below what they have calculated. and they never take into account what plants do.
