It's wrong for an adult to have sex with a 12 year old, it's a form of rape, it's disgusting and anybody who would do that to a child is a truly evil and awful person.
Also, it's wrong to have sex with your relatives, even if they're related by marriage - that's incest, it's illegal and immoral.
I hope your teacher calls the cops on your disgusting perverted uncle, and I hope he spends at least 10 years in a maximum security penitentiary.
I also hope your teacher gets you psychotherapy, so you can heal from being molested by your disgusting uncle.

I am assuming your uncle is over the age of 21. A person that age having sex with a minor constitutes statutory rape whether or not the sex was consensual. Your uncle has violated you and the law and will be arrested when he is reported.
