I like the sound of most of the European languages. However, the aspect that has the most impact is the manner in which it is spoken. Someone else mentioned their favorite language, "when spoken in a calm manner". My sentiments exactly.
I'm a sucker for a British accent.

French - I'm French ; ), Russian, Polish, German when it's spoken quietly, English (but not the NY accent !), Hebrew... and perhaps other languages I've never heard.
And I like to hear native-speakers of those languages speak French with their cute accent !

Definitely Italian. English sounded ugly to me (for the first time) after spending a month in Italy!

I really enjoy listening to Japanese when it is spoken in a calm, polite manner. For me, Japanese is quite an elegant and soothing language.

I just love the sound of Hawaiian. Every time I
hear it, it reminds me of the Islands. Very soothing!
