Have it cut at an angle, so it can feather back, yeah that's right, all the way back like Farrah Fawcett.
Go to a good hairstylist, and let her show you the way!

I had my hair cut in a feathered wrap for the new year. The beautician cut in at an angle. I did it because I had a lot of split ends and it was a good way to cut them off without cutting off all my hair.
Unless you are a professional, I wouldn't try to do it myself. But it can be a really nice look.
Best of luck!

To "Feather" your hair, you'll need a brush and hair spray! Just bruch hair back on the sides and you'll see it (if you have long bangs or side layers) then spray. If you have long hair, curl a super fat curl (under) and then brush back and spray when your "feather" looks perfect 4 your face, however - this does not look good on men!
