HP scanner software offers multiple documents scanned one after another to be saved as a PDF file.
You can use PDFFactory Pro, PDF995 etc. softwares to convert any type of document (word,excel, image etc.) to a PDF document.
Its Easy.

As long as you have a PDF Writer utility you can. If you have Adobe Acrobat Professional you can do it.
Just go to print the document and select Adobe PDF as the printer and then give it a filename and click save.
There are some shareware PDF creators if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Professional.

You can, if you have a pdf converter like PDF995. It's a free utility with a "virtual" printer. You send the document to the "printer" which converts it to a PDF.
