Mezcal, and no.
I initially responded, "tequila", but it was explained a while back to me that this is a common misconception among non-Mexicans. Mezcals, not tequilas, have the worms or scorpions at the bottom.

Actually it is not tequilla but mezcal that has the worm on the bottom of it. Only mezcal will have the worm. The worm will not make you hallucinate, it is just a worm soaked in alcohol.

tequila, don't know about the hallucinating part, never wanted to eat the worm. but if you drink enough tequila, you can definitely hallucinate!

Tequila has worms in it. If you want to hallucinate though, try absinthe. I am not sure if you can get it where you are, but in Canada you can buy it every once and awhile. One shot and you are loopy for hours.

That wouldn't be possible is you want something "weaker" than vodka, or lower in alcohol.
