Caffeine acts as an appetite suppressent, therefore making you not feel very hungry. It is also a diuretic, making you pee a lot ;) and getting rid of water weight. There is not many calories in just a plain cup of black coffee. It is when you add whole milk, sugar, cream, etc that it gets fattening. Drinking your 2 cups of coffee would definitely not hinder your fitness goal (whatever that may be ) unless, as I said, you're adding all of the extra fattening condiments to it.
There have been studies, actually quite recently that have stated that 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day is good for you.

Well caffeine sucks out the calcium ANd you need the calcium to be fit so i recomend just 1 every 2 days

caffine is like a drug, it keeps you up and discoloures your teeth.
never drink caffine just before bed time as this will keep you up and you need to rest.
i didnt know you can loose with over it though. 2 cups is about safe a day but id stick to 2 cups per day
