I am tring to prove to my co-workers that eating sweets a least 4-5 hours before bedtime does not affect your sleep I need proof of my thinking.

sugar is a simple carbohydrate and it burns very quickly.. 4-5 hours should be plenty of time for it to burn out of your system.. but a lot of it depends on a persons body.. some are sensitive to any kind of stimulant..

I have had sweets 4-5 min before sleeping and i slept fine.

Anything you eat 5 Hours before bed time should be completely digested anyways.
I would be hungry again. lol

no sweets make me quite wired before bed. Always always wired.
