Hu! I'm sure they get nervous and intimated. Normally they are the ones doing it. They know that if the girl looks at them in to the eyes, it means that they are very secure of themselves they are not afraid, out going in a good way. I'm sure they don't like that, cause it means they (gir) are in control.

I hold eye contact with everybody. Makes me more intimidating.
