Your OS boot manager setup file is screwed up.
Go into windows.
Go to properties off of 'my computer'
Click the 'advanced' tab
for 'startup and recovery', click 'settings'
for 'system startup' make sure you have a file there.

my boot.ini is:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn /noguiboot

When you power up your computer and you first get the XP screen, hit F8 for the boot menu. Then select normal.
