I am a big believer in fish oil, but the pills are so huge it's like swallowing a bowling ball. I found a BJ's brand that were smaller, but now they don't stock them anymore. Every fish oil bottle I pick up is not see-through, and they never have the size of the pill on the bottle. Help!!!

Why not eat two servings of fish a week? That's only 6 oz to work into your diet, and it's a cinch if you pre-plan your meals. That could be Salmon on Friday dinner, and Tuna on a salad on Tuesday. Then you don't have to worry about the suppliments, and are getting all the Omega-3 fatty acids that are recommended for heart and nervous system benefits.

My 8 year old son takes a brand called "Omega Brite" and they are a good size but not honkin' horse pills like so many of the fish oil pills. A company called Nordic Naturals also make several varieties, I am sure they make one that would be more comfortable for you to swallow.
