she emailed me all day long and called me like twice a day. now i leave her messages and emails and she responded once in a week and a half saying "oh my god i am soo busy trying to get my new business off the ground, blah blah blah have a nice day! what is that! Am I a fool if i was interested in her to believe she still has interest? i understand she is busy but what the??? Did i say something wrong to her? i met her once and we had a great time.

Hmm....I'm torn here...only because there have been times in my life where I really was overwhelmed with things while interested in dating a new guy.
I felt the personal obligation as well as an obligation to date him too. It could be that she just can't devote the time it takes in ramping up a new relationship.
But, if you were someone that she felt was 'special'...I think she would make the time to get to know you.
If you really like her, don't give up quite yet. Women love patience. Let her know you'd like to help anyway you can. Let her know that you'd like to take her on a date to de-stress from her business planning tasks.
