Is this possible to do with Microsoft Word or another program? Enter any amout of words and somehow list them in alphabetical order without having to read them and do it manually? Thanks in advanced.

Yes there is. Im Microsoft Word, you type up your list or whatever and then highlight it all. Then click on TABLE.... and in that list, choose SORT. A box will pop up asking how you want to sort, by Z to A or A to Z

You can do that in Excel. Just type in or copy the list of words into a new excel document.

Then you highlight the words you want sorted and go to Data in the File menu and click Sort.

There is also two buttons on the Formatting toolber in Excel with an AZ and ZA on them with arrows. These buttons will sort ascending A-Z and sort descending Z-A.

Yes. Enter each word on its own line (Word) or in its own cell (Excel) then highlight the list and run "sort" which is under the Table menu in Word and the Data menu in Excel.

but you have to type each word in coulomb and then do the a-z descending button.

write them in Excel, then press the "AZ" key
