Goodwill or Salvation Army Stores. IMHO, it will be next to impossible to find anything for that amount unless you buy secondhand. Then you may have to pay additional to have it professionally cleaned unless it is washable.

My MIL found a really nice quilt at the Salvation Army store, then found a down comforter that needed some "fluffing", but she still has to buy a duvet cover, which typically sells for $30-$50.

Check the Dollar General store or Family Dollar.

I don't think they exsist.. But try target and the larger chain stores. They may have something. Also, you might find something on line too.

But - for under $20, it's going to be scratchy as h*ll!

Try E-Bay. You can get a "like new'
alot cheaper than in the stores.
Or check overstock.com

POSSIBLY at a store called "Garden Ridge", depending on where you are. I'm in Tx.
