I am having a waffle right now! Yum! Here is a idea which i am doing right now! If you make waffle's make extra cause then you can freeze them and then take them to work then pop them in a toaster also bring a little cup of butter to spread on them! So there you go that is what you can start having for breakfast, only if you like waffles!

If you are on the run - toasted bagel with cream cheese and an orange juice or coffee.
If you have some time - scrambled egg skillet with sausage, potatoes, green pepper a side of biscuits with honey and coffee.
Yum.

2 servings of quaker ranch flaovored rice crisps (mini rice cakes). i didnt mean to have that, just convenient. it was only 140 calories all together, so i dont mind- but i'll be hungry shortly
